Q: what is the dress code?
A: We ask for business casual attire. Please be mindful of our other guests and refrain from wearing athletic gear, cut-off or jean shorts, hats and flip-flops.
Q: Is the restaurant rotating?
A: Our rotation feature is currently unavailable. In the meantime, you can still enjoy the 360 degree views at The Sun Dial Restaurant.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View is a smoke-free environment.
Q: Do you accommodate for special diets?
A: We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements and also offer vegetarian entrees and appetizers on all of our menus. Please notify your server regarding any special requests, and our culinary team will be delighted to accommodate your needs if possible.
Q: is there a children's menu?
A: Children’s menus featuring a variety of dishes are available for dinner.
Q: do you accept credit cards?
A: The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View accepts all major credit cards.
Q: does the sun dial hold group events
A: Operating on three levels, The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View is the ideal venue for events with a view and unparalleled service. Perfect for intimate gatherings, corporate meetings or large receptions, The Sun Dial can accommodate parties up to 650 guests and offers tailor-made, ingredient-driven menus prepared by our award-winning culinary team. Q: does the sun dial allow outside food?
A: The Sun Dial does not allow outside food to be brought into the restaurant.
Q: is it possible to visit the restaurant for desserts or appetizers only?
A: We require each person dining in our restaurant on Level 71 to order at minimum, an entrée at dinner.
Q: Does the sun dial provide donations?
A: The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View is committed to the community. To submit a request, please fax 404-654-8165 or email the information on your organization’s letterhead to peach-sundial@westin.com.
Q: are there souvenirs available for purchase?
A: The Sun Dial souvenir glasses are available for $14.95 without the purchase of a drink.
Q: corkage policy
A: Our wine list provides a wide variety of prices, specific wine types, regions and producers. The Sun Dial does not offer a corkage fee and personal wine is not permitted in the restaurant.
Q: Can I come photograph / film in the Sun Dial?
A: Visitors of the view are welcome and encouraged to take photos and videos on phones and handheld cameras. Admission fees will apply. Please no flash photography. Larger productions will need to be authorized before hand. Please call 404-589-7506 or email sundial@westin.com to inquire.
